Dr Stephanie burke
Stephanie is the founder of My Natural Wellness and is a fully qualified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist.
Stephanie turned to Chinese Medicine following her own personal health conditions. After experiencing the effectiveness of this medicine first hand, she developed a passion for natural therapies and is excited to help others achieve their own health goals.
As a mother of three young men she has a first hand understanding of the health challenges of children, women and men.
Stephanie is passionate about helping people and has a special interest in the treatment of pain, gastro-intestinal issues, emotional conditions, fertility and weight-loss. She is a dedicated practitioner with a strong desire to provide fast and effective treatment care to all her clients, in a safe, understanding and comfortable environment.
Integrating her knowledge and the vast resources in western and Chinese medicine, along with her insightful and gentle approach to clients, Stephanie is confident she can assist you in your health matters.
She completed her double degree in BAppSc (Chinese Medicine) and BAppSc (Health Sciences) at RMIT and her clinical internship at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing, China.
Stephanie has furthered her studies by undertaking specialist courses in Cosmetic Acupuncture, Scalp Acupuncture, Pulse diagnosis and Pain reduction therapies.
She is registered with the Chinese Medicine Regulation Board (CMRB) of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is an accredited member of The Federation of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Societies of Australia (FCMA) and also holds a current Working with Children Check.
Dr Ashlee arnold
Ashlee is a dedicated and compassionate acupuncturist, herbalist, and wellness professional who is passionate about integrating the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine with evidence-based healthcare to support a holistic approach to health and healing.
Ashlee's clinical interests include women’s and men’s general health, emotional and mental health support, pain and pain management, digestive issues and sleep disorders. She's also an advocate for food and movement as medicine, understanding that Chinese Medicine is a powerful tool for illness prevention. As a trained Pilates instructor, she will happily integrate exercise into your recovery program. Ashlee provides a safe, supportive and nurturing space for her patients, meeting them wherever they are in their wellness journey and she looks forward to sharing the wisdom of Chinese Medicine with you.
Outside of the clinic, Ashlee enjoys spending time in nature, staying active and spending time with loved ones. She has an innate curiosity about the world and the people in it; loves to travel and explore other cultures.
